Local processing when possible
Files up to 5 MB are converted directly in your browser, so the source file does not need to enter our server processing flow.

Temporary processing for larger files
Files above 5 MB use temporary server processing. The source file is used for conversion and removed during the cleanup flow after processing.

No selling of document contents
Your uploaded document contents are not sold or provided to third parties as a product data source.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FILE?
Up to 5 MB
The conversion runs locally in your browser. The file does not need to be uploaded to our server conversion flow.
Above 5 MB
The file is uploaded to temporary storage so the server can perform the conversion. The temporary source is removed after the processing cleanup completes.
After conversion
There is no permanent document library. The conversion result is returned to you for review, copying, or download.

Your file is handled only as needed to perform the requested conversion. We do not intentionally retain it as a permanent user file.
Technical website data
Like most websites, infrastructure may process ordinary technical information such as requests, errors, and security related events. This is separate from storing your document as a permanent file.

A NOTE ABOUT TECHNICAL LOGS
Our no storage promise refers to the document conversion workflow. Third party infrastructure providers can still maintain ordinary technical or security logs according to their own systems and policies. We do not represent that every network or infrastructure log is instantly erased.
